DPP (Dibimbing Placement Program) is a guaranteed job placement program built specifically for experienced professionals who want to move up to a higher position or land a role at a better company. This program is not for those starting from scratch. Unlike a typical job placement program, DPP combines structured career coaching with a 6-month placement guarantee.
We offer two levels:
Associate Level, for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in the field they want to grow in, targeting Officer or Associate-level roles.
Mid-Senior & Lead Level, for professionals with at least 3 years of total experience (with 2 years in the relevant field), targeting Senior, Specialist, or Lead-level roles.
The key difference from a bootcamp: DPP doesn't teach skills from the ground up. Instead, it's a career coaching program focused on job search strategy, personal branding, and direct access to our hiring partner network, because you already have the skills. What you need is the right system and the right connections.
DPP is a comprehensive career mentoring program for professionals. Here's what's included:
One dedicated Advisor who will guide you from Day 1 all the way until you receive an offer.
Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with your Advisor, minimum 30 minutes per session during Active Placement.
A fully optimized CV and LinkedIn profile, tailored to industry standards for your target level. This includes resume writing strategies that recruiters actually look for.
Review and approval of every application before it's submitted, with written feedback.
Preparation for HR Interviews, User Interviews, and Offer Negotiation. This includes live mock sessions.
Access to 1,100+ hiring partner companies, including exclusive roles that aren't publicly listed.
Weekly Group Discussion sessions with fellow participants to sharpen your job search strategy and career readiness.
Domain Specialist support for technical skill preparation relevant to your target field.
If the program ends and you haven't received a job offer meeting the "Reasonable Offer" criteria, 100% of your program fee will be refunded. The initial assessment fee is non-refundable, as you will retain the test results for your personal career evaluation.
You have at least 2 years of experience (for Associate Level) or at least 3 years with 2 years in a relevant field (for Mid-Senior & Lead Level), and you're actively looking for a new opportunity. This applies whether you're currently employed or between jobs.
You have a specific and realistic target role in mind, not just a vague idea of wanting something better.
Your salary expectations are grounded in market reality. They should not be significantly above the median for your target role and city.
You're ready to put in the work: applying consistently, attending weekly check-ins, and collaborating actively with your Advisor.
Not sure whether you belong in the Associate or Mid-Senior & Lead level, or how many years of experience qualifies as mid-senior? Before you're accepted, you'll go through a 4-stage assessment: AI Assessment, English Test, User Interview, and Diagnostic Interview with our Advisor. This isn't just a formality. We only take on candidates we're confident we can place.
DPP is open to a wide range of professional fields, both digital and non-digital, with the exception of blue-collar and grey-collar roles, which aren't available yet. As long as there's an active market for your profile and we're able to facilitate your placement, we're ready to support you as part of Dibimbing's guaranteed job placement program.
Not at all. This is one of the most common questions people have when they're figuring out the right time to make a career move. DPP is designed to run alongside your current job, the schedule is flexible, and your Advisor sessions and program activities can be adjusted around your availability. You don't need to resign before you have something better lined up.
The program runs in two consecutive phases:
Phase 1, Onboarding (4-6 weeks): Your Advisor helps you build your resume, optimize your LinkedIn, and prepare your target company list. The guarantee hasn't started yet at this point.
Phase 2, Active Placement (6 months): You start applying actively with full Advisor support. The 6-month guarantee begins from Day 1 of this phase.
Phase 2 kicks off once your Advisor confirms all Phase 1 deliverables are complete, or automatically at the end of Week 6, whichever comes first.
DPP is a personal program, not a group class. You won't be lumped together with other participants in a shared session, your career development strategy is built around your goals, your timeline, and your needs, supported by one dedicated Advisor.
That said, each batch is opened with limited seats to make sure every participant gets the focused, high-quality guidance they deserve.
